"Yoga is skill in action" states the Bhagwat Geeta - the most well-known Indian Philosophical epics. But “action” is not simply physical movement. Yoga improves the skill of your body; as well as comprises techniques that act on your mind and emotions, and provides a complete philosophy for living.

Bhagwat Geeta - sử thi triết học nổi tiếng nhất của Ấn Độ đã nói “Yoga là kĩ năng trong từng hành động”. Nhưng “hành động” không chỉ là chuyển động về mặt thể chất. đĐồng hành với việc luyện tập để nâng cao kĩ năng của cơ thể, yoga còn bao gồm những kĩ thuật mà thực hiện trong tâm trí và cảm xúc, và đưa đến một triết lý sống hoàn thiện.

Perusing Master degree in Yoga science, Santosh Gupta started his yoga career in his school time under the guidance of his Guru JI SHRI ATMARAM TIWARI . Practising ASANA everyday makes him flexible physically but according to Guru Ji only physical flexibility was not enough as Guru Ji always said “I WANT TO MAKE MY STUDENTS NOT ONLY PHYSICALLY BUT MENTALLY FLEXIBLE AS WELL”.

Participating in several district and state level yoga competitions motivated him to know more about yoga , then he started learning about yoga through the books, discussions and preaches from Guru Ji . While getting knowledge about yoga, he got a final conclusion that YOGA IS ENTIRELY SCIENTIFIC.

    Cháu dạy rất tốt mọi người ai cũng thích cháu dậy: cháu dạy có phương pháp lôgich các động tác với nhau k bị thừa, động tác rứt khoát, có phương pháp sư phạm, nhiệt tình tỷ mỷ đến tận lứa tuổi cho nên tập song mọi người cảm nhận được năng lượng cho mình, trong buổi tập60 phút liên tục không bị dán đoạn nên học viên chú ý cao độ cảm nhận được một tiếng đồng hồ trôi đi nhanh học viên cảm thấy sảng khoái rễ chịu.
